1.9GHz PHS Transceiver (“Xia”): CL3110

CL3110 is a single-chip, low-cost, highly integrated RF transceiver supporting Personal Handsets System (PHS) standard in 1.9GHz band for PHS handset, Home-Box and low power PHS base station. This device is designed in a low IF down conversion, direct up conversion architecture with fully integrated VCO, a fractional-N PLL and removes the external saw filter. All the functions are controlled via 3-wire serial data interface. The part operates at typical 3.0V supply voltage and is provided in a 48-pin, 7mm x 7mm QFN package.

1.9GHz PHS/DECT Power Amplifier: CL3503

CL3503 is a single ended input power amplifier chip designed for 1.9GHz PHS handset and DECT cordless phone. It consists of 3 stage amplifiers, and provides 22dBm output power and 36dB gain with external impedance matching. The device is packaged in the QFN-16 package, with exposed backside pad, which allows excellent electrical and thermal performance through a solderable contact.
