ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: |

RFIC design mainly on RX Front-End:
- LNA (focus on multi-band, wide-band, gain-control, noise analysis &optimization)
- Mixer (focus on high linearity, gain-control, low flicker noise, dc-offset cancellation

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: |

Person Specification:
- MSEE or PHD, 1-3 year¡¯s industry experience is preferred.
- Hands on design experience with up-mixer, VGA, PA-driver, PLL, VCO, etc. with Cadence is required.
- Knowledge about RF system, device modeling, process.
- Good English communication skills
- Self-motivated, emphasis on teamwork, schedule, plan and delivery.
