PHS RF Transceiver is fully integrated with
low noise amplifiers (LNA), down-conversion mixers, IF Limiter,
voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), frequency synthesizer,
I/Q modulators, up-converters, and -10dBm power amplifier driver.

• Single Chip RF transceiver for PHS. There are no SAW

2.4 GHz digital cordless phone RF transceiver
design for spread spectrum systems such as cordless phone,
wireless security system, wireless baby monitors, and wireless
LAN applications,provides all radio functions of transmit,
receive, and frequency synthesis for 2.4GHz ISM band. (2.4GHz-2.4835GHz).
Modulation scheme is frequency shift key (FSK) and is packaged
in 32 pin QFN.
Features:
• Single Chip 2.4GHz RF transceiver for cordless application.
There are no SAW filters, VCOs, PLL, etc
externally.
• Fully integrated IF filters, FSK demodulator.
• Fully integrated low noise amplifier (LNA) with gain
enable control to improve the linearity.
• Variable gain amplifier (VGA) controlled by RSSI to
improve the signal quality and linearity.
• Architecture with image rejection mixer to eliminate
the external SAW filters.
• Automatic calibration circuit for IF filter to improve
channel selectivity and adjacent channel rejection.
• The output power is 0 dBm.
• Fully programmable phase locked loop (PLL) via three-wire
bus. 6 bit reference divider and 6 bit VCO
divider to make flexibility of crystal selections.

1.9GHz DECT Power Amplifier |
DECT PA is a single ended input power amplifier chip and
designed for 1900MHz DECT handsets. It consists of 3 stage
amplifiers, and provides 24dBm output power and 30dB gain
with external impedance matching. The device is packaged in
the QFN-16 package, with exposed backside pad, which allows
excellent electrical and thermal performance through a solderable
contact.
